The Last Guardian to feature manly grip strength

Team Ico’s upcoming title The Last Guardian has a male lead because the developers felt that would be more realistic due to the supposed superior grip strength of men. The illusion of realism is important in a title featuring a giant flying dog. Also, apparently Team Ico has never seen a woman outside the weak caricatures featured in their own games.

Another problem for the team was that women wear skirts and that can create problems with camera angles. Despite ripping off The Legend of Zelda wholesale in their titles, Team Ico has obviously never actually played Zelda title. You know, the games where the male lead runs around in a skirt all the damn time.
