RUMOUR: 3DS to be released November 20th
A former designer from accessory company KeysFactory has Tweeted (that is to say, he barfed some words on to Twitter) that the products he had been working on for the 3DS will go on sale November 20. The screenshot above translates thusly:
On November 20th, the 11 goods I designed for use with the 3DS will go on sale simultaneously. Those of you buying the 3DS, please buy them while you’re at it! This will be officially announced on the homepage eventually, lol. Best regards.
The placement of the word “simultaneously” is awkward, but he seems to be suggesting that his products will be out alongside the 3DS. This all means that 3DS could be just two months away (for Japan at least).
Lending credibility to this rumour is the fact that the man’s Tweet, and indeed, entire Twitter account, have gone missing. Also, it has been reported that Takahiro Amano, the Twittererer, left employment with KeysFactory in August. Even more evidence: Nintendo has a media event coming up September 29, and they love announcing November hardware launches in September.
