Summer ‘09 To-Do List: Week 10

I’m now on week ten of my Summer ’09 To-Do List. Here’s the weekly update.

Currently Pursuing:
1. write every day
7. wake up so early that I can run with impunity
11. get in good enough shape to fuck with impunity
14. make more money than God and then become God
16. become a video game ninja
37. don’t be lazy
64. expand the Shufflingdead empire

For the past week I’ve really focused on #16, but it’s turning out to be much more difficult than I had expected. I’ve now gotten all golds in the target practice in Perfect Dark as well as cleared the first three levels on Perfect Agent, but I feel like that’s about as far as I’m going to get in that game, and that’s not very ninja-esque.

I wonder, as I always do, if this will be the week I finally start waking up at 5am.

Goals Completed this week:
70. clean out my old school junk
98. see Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince

Well, I boxed up the remainder of my school notes that were sitting around and threw the boxes into my closet with all of the other boxes of school junk. That’s enough cleaning for me. Going through every single item I’ve received or written on from kindergarten through year five of university is a project for a distant future when I’m so old I can’t do anything more interesting.

I also saw Harry Potter 6 this week, it was pretty good! I enjoyed the teenage drama, which was always my favourite part of the books. I also thought the kids’ acting has really improved, but the acting skill of Hermione’s breasts puts them all to shame.
